According to Saba Tire Yarn’s public relations report, Masoud Omidi, CEO of Tire Yarn, spoke at the beginning of the meeting about the company’s performance and achievements in achieving the year’s slogan and said: As a result of the hard-working staff’s efforts and by implementing some reform programs in the first two months of this year, despite numerous problems such as the lack of foreign exchange allocation or the halt in the process of registering orders for raw materials, Saba Tire Yarn Company’s production reached an unprecedented figure of 3052 tons with a growth of 70 percent. Omidi continued, referring to the recent statements of the Leader of the Revolution in the labor field, and added: The recent achievements of Saba Tire Yarn Company were achieved in light of the unparalleled role of specialized human capital and in pursuit of creating a sense of hope for the future in the labor body by paying attention to the need to improve the living conditions of these loved ones. He continued, adding: To put it more precisely, today, the impact of improving the living conditions among Saba Tire Yarn workers and the hope and enthusiasm created in the workers’ families can be seen in the unparalleled growth of production in this company. This was also emphasized in the recent statements of the Supreme Leader that “the well-being of the worker means the well-being of the society.” The CEO of Saba Tire Yarn continued, referring to the need for synergy between companies and executive agencies affiliated with the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, and said: One of the best solutions to complete the value chain in the industry is to look positively at the topic of synergy and create a common understanding between the components that form the value chain in different industries. This will lead to a reduction in the cost of production on the one hand and an increase in its volume on the other hand, along with continuous improvement in performance indicators such as sales and reduction in related costs. Omidi also pointed out the role of executive bodies in improving production conditions and realizing the slogan of the year and said: “Undoubtedly, the continued growth of production in Saba Tire Yarn and other companies will depend on the support of executive bodies in various matters such as financing through banks or facilitating the process of allocating foreign exchange to provide some raw materials for production, as well as eliminating obstacles to increasing production such as the lengthy process of registering orders and setting prices.” The CEO of Saba Tire Yarn expressed his hope that as a result of the formation of joint meetings such as the meeting of the organization and subsidiaries of the Ministry of Labor, we will witness increased synergy, resolving liquidity problems, and a more prominent presence of executive bodies, especially banks, in continuously increasing production.
