The production process of tire cord (spinning)
For producing the nylon 66 and 6 filament, polymeric chips is melted in extruder and fed to the pipe system distributor which is designed specially. The design of the system caused the melted polymer has the same residence time in each strand that leads to have the same physical and mechanical features of the wrap yarn in the final product.
The nasal strands are heated by the HTM steam. The specific design of stem distribution system is caused the heat is distributed uniformed in all the nasals which is the main factor of uniformity of the physical and mechanical features in the final products. The external strands are passed through the annealed machines in order to improve the stretching and physical instruction. After annealing, the strands are passed through the cooling channels and by exposing the uniformed and controlled flow and temperature are cooled. After being cold, the strands are passed through the oiled roller and oiled layer is remained on them. The remained spinning oil has the features of anti static and softening which are prepared the yarns to the next level. Yarns after passing through the roller hot stretch and in order to reach to the proper physical features will be twisted on the papers bobbins.
